Description:
The Customer Account Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring customers renewals and retention, promoting Valant’s platform and services, and expanding accounts’ commercial value by sourcing opportunities with existing customers to significantly contribute to Valant’s growth.
it is a response role. no outbound work. they have thousands of customers and they are processing sales requests.
when they get new customers, they have to build their software so this person would be gathering information, needing to know address, name, collecting information to build the account. will be working with patient and customer data.
