Job Description : High Volume AAA Roadside Assistance Provider is looking to add 2-4 dispatchers to its growing team!
* Effective communication skills*
* Customer service skills is a must*
*Previous dispatch experience is required* Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.* College education is a plus!* Clean background required.
*Team player with ability to motivate others.
*Ability to deal with conflct resolution
Job description ( a few highlights) :
1) Understanding and maximizing the efficiency of your team of drivers.
2) Knowing the whereabouts of all of your drivers.
3) Following up and keeping all customers informed of the whereabouts of the driver that are waiting for service.
4) Comfortable being on the phone
5) Computer literacy is required
