Job Description : Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

School Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable

This position will work with our school bookkeepers to streamline our Accounts Receivable process to a centralized system. Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can take initiative and build out processes and procedures. The position will begin by training with one of our senior level bookkeepers within one of our schools, and transition to working in our corporate office full time. In addition, the role will assist our Controller with weekly Accounts Payable responsibilities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or pursuing
Bookkeeping or accounting experience required
Enthusiastic and friendly personality a must! This is a customer service position too!
“Go-getter” attitude and not afraid to take initiative!
Strong attention to detail with well-honed organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passion for Education is a plus
Covid-19 vaccine is required
