We have a lifetime guarantee on the body and paint on your vehicle for as long as you own it.https://www.prewittsbodyandpaint.com/index.htmlWe are looking to add a new face to the front office, many of our employees stay for many years and we are looking for the next addition.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Submit photo’s and estimate to an insurance company to get approval to start repairs.Submit supplements to insurance companies with photo’s to get approval on additional work needed.Communicate with customers on the status of their car, keep them updated with any delays.Take photo’s of vehicles, check them in for damage. Check vehicles out for quality control when repairs are complete.Process and deposit cash receipts for vehicles being delivered.Order parts, log part eta to keep the flow of repairs.Check in parts.Perform a wide variety of administrative tasks including emailing, answering 2 phone lines and communicating with customers.Assisting customers with filing their claim, filling out paperwork, and scheduling a rental car.Eventually learn to write estimates.Qualifications: High school graduate with 6 months of customer service experience.High attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Word.Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hourBenefits:401(k) matchingHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: One location
