Administrative Assistant – Job Description
The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, have a demonstrated ability to work individually and on a team, and be adaptable as responsibilities change and as the program builds out its strategy and team. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings and assisting with internal operations. Additional duties include drafting and editing internal and external correspondence, event coordination, and researching special projects.
Acute attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interface with extremely high-profile individuals are additional qualities our client is searching for. Administrative Assistant – Job Requirements
3+ years general admin/project coordination experience
Strong attention to detail, and commitment to consistently providing high-quality deliverables
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Solid computer skills (MS Office Suite, G-Suite, Zoom, Politico)
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously with a strict adherence to deadlines
Excellent team collaboration, to work flexibly and interactively within the Impact Investing team
Effective verbal and written communications skills
A positive attitude and willingness to help out as needed
Passion for the focus issues of the foundation a plus
Administrative Assistant – Compensation:
$80K – $100K DOE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
