Job Description : Pinnacle Medical Group has immediate openings for bilingual Spanish, Appointment Clerks in our Fontana location. Must have prior experience working with patient appointment scheduling and understanding various insurance plans. Essential job duties include but are not limited to:

Schedule patient appointments with their Primary Care Physician
Review patient information in the system and confirm or update as required
Assist patients with alternatives if no appointments are available
Provided exceptional customer service
Working with electronic data base
