We are an award-winning law firm based in California seeking an experienced appointment setter for qualifying and scheduling appointments for initial client consultations.This is an 8:30am-5pm PST position.
You should be a quick, independent learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to showcase our legal services in a compelling way. Candidates must be well-spoken, organized, and be able to work in a quiet home environment.
The bulk of this position will be making phone calls to warm leads and answering phone calls from new incoming leads. Experience in a phone calling role is a must-have for this position.
About You:
We are looking for the perfect applicant who has 2-5 years of experience in a combination of these areas:

Appointment setting
Inside sales (SDR)
Business Development and Customer Service.

Must be organized, show empathy for callers, and have the ability to think quickly and adapt to conversations to book appointments in the sales team’s Calendars using Calendly and Google Sheets.
Applicants must be able to identify the caller’s pain points and establish the value of our legal services to convert high rates of qualified appointment show rates.
To achieve high conversion rates, you must be comfortable making a high volume of phone calls and ultimately setting up prospects with calendar invites.
You must possess the talent of running through a call script and at the same time promoting the brand and quality of our award-winning law firm through a conversation that sounds unscripted and natural. -Daily Responsibilities
– Make phone calls to leads from an internal database
– Schedule leads in the sales team’s calendar by asking a series of qualifying questions
-Answer phone calls from the website and qualify for discovery calls
– Utilize software to schedule appointments
– Customer service and a basis for action
– Report daily: calls, booked appointments, and close sales to manager
– Do other administrative tasks as requested
– Organize and index administrative documents and maintain databases and
administrative files, and other records, when needed;

-Able to work M-F, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PDT

-Past history of exceeding goals set by management
$32,200 to $65,400
50% base 50% commission

Pay: $32,200.00 – $65,400.00 per year
