Position : Business Analyst-Product Owner

Job Description : We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our growing team as Product Owner in a full time contract position for upcoming projects for 6 months, extendable to long term position, depending on project requirements and performance. 1) Experience working in enterprise application development is preferable. Exposure in the retail industry is a plus.
Skills Required:
1) Well understanding of Scrum and Agile Development Methodology.
2) Working knowledge of software development management tools and analytical tools.
3) Task priority analysis capability.
4) Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to deliver projects in a timely manner.
5) Good written and oral communication skills.
Responsibility:
1) Gather input from clients and business users to analyze project requirements.
2) Coordinate with the team and create a project roadmap.
3) Developing user stories based on project requirements.
4) Monitor project progress, document team progress regularly. Identify any roadblock and address with the required assistance.
5) Manage project backlogs, prioritizing tasks based on current or changing project requirements.
6) Conduct scrum meetings with teams and sprint review with clients.
