Job Description : Are you an experienced, and motivated individual with a background in a Supervisory role, in Customer Service, Call Center or an Office environment? If that’s you, we would like to speak with you about our Remote Call Center Supervisor position.

What’s in it for you?
Full time hours.
Monday through Friday
Competitive pay starting 52,000 annually.
What you’ll be doing:
Supervise the work of case management staff; ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems as needed
Review staff work, ensure SLAs and requirements are met
Evaluate front-line staff performance and recommend appropriate action including disciplinary action in partnership with Project Leadership and HR
Escalate employee concerns, issues, complaints, and patterns of behavior to Project Leadership and HR
Ensure project compliance with all operational requirements of the contract as well as policies
Who were looking for:
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience preferred
Must have a Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Supervisory role
Experience working with processing claims, claims adjudication, and/or identifying fraud preferred
Experience supervising employees in a remote workforce environment
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
