Job Description
Community Care Specialists are responsible for providing excellent customer service via telephone and email, coordinating maintenance work orders, answering billing & account questions, and more!
We are seeking Specialists that have:

1-2 years of hands on customer service experience. Call center experience is desired.
Familiarity with property management/homeowner’s association management is a plus!
Bilingual is a plus!
Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
MS Office knowledge
Exceptional telephone etiquette and active listening skills
Ability to multi-task and effectively resolve 100 calls/emails per day
Cheerful, positive attitude and a desire to help people
High ethical standards and excellent attendance
