Position : Call Center Representative

Job Description : LaSalle Medical Associates has been providing excellent patient care for over 30 yrs. We are looking for a team member who has the same passion for helping others as we do.
The Call Center Representative will answer multi-line phones using courteous and professional phone etiquette, all while taking in consideration of the patients time.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Ensure customer service standards are met
Handle on average 80-100 inbound/outbound calls per day
Ensure adherence to policy and work flow procedure.
Maintain morale and team spirit.
Schedule patient appointments for various physicians/ providers
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Handle patient requests/messages in a timely manner.
Verify Insurance eligibility
Experience with electronic medical records preferred but not required
Must have a HS Diploma or GED equivalent Must be computer literate with technical aptitude
Ability to type 60 WPM
Bilingual English/Spanish (Required)
3 years recent Call Center Experience, 5 years preferred
Other duties assigned

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
