Job Description : Job Expectations
ERBA Budtenders are responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience for all of our patients. Budtenders are expected to comply with all ERBA policies, COVID-19 safety precautions, and all California compliance regulations.

Essential Functions
Guiding patients on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis.
Keeping up to date on new cannabis products on the market as well as the latest industry trends.
Educating patients on the safe use of their selected cannabis products.
Accurately use and maintain the Point Of Sale (POS) system.
Handle cash and process card transactions.
Ensure the sales floor is properly stocked and the presence of the store is well maintained.
Between helping patients, assist with labeling, and any other side task needed at ERBA.
Basic Qualifications
Must be 21+ (Required for consideration)
Must be fully, or in the process of becoming fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (Required for consideration)
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Customer service experience.
Knowledge of cannabis strains and products.
Knowledge of basic computer skills.
Great attitude and strong work ethic.
Understanding of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry.

Exceptional communication skills.
Exceptional time management skills.
Self-starter needing minimal supervision.
Ethical and trustworthy.
Ability to strive in a fast-paced environment.
