Job Description : Kolas Delivery Driver
General Information:
Delivering retail cannabis to Kolas customers, assisting customers with delivery questions. Following all state driving laws, and all compliance regulations for delivering cannabis products. Other duties as assigned.
Example of Duties (This list may not include all of the duties assigned):

Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods
Maintaining constant communication with dispatch and reporting updates on deliveries
Obtaining accurate payment for each delivery
Abiding by all compliance standards set forth in Kolas’ Standard Operating Procedures.

Performance Requirements, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of various cannabis products
Available to work varied hours/days, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and/or events
Excellent communication, social, and organization skills
Ability to adhere to the highest customer service standards at all times
Ability to communicate clearly, honestly, and effectively with customers and staff in all situations
Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
Must possess a high degree of personal ownership and accountability
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must have your own smartphone
Must be punctual and dependable

Typical Physical Demands and Job Requirements:

Work may require prolonged sitting/standing, some bending, stooping, and stretching.
Requires normal range of hearing.
Requires healthy vision (aided or unaided).
Requires lifting up to 50 pounds.
Requires a clean driving record
