Job Description : We are a local Cannabis company looking for an amazing Fulfillment Rep to add to our team!We pay 100% of health, vision, and dental for all employees!Position: Fulfillment Representative Status: Full-time, Non-exemptSchedule: Start’s out 5 days (M-F) but will move to 4 10’s after 90 days.Position Summary: Fulfillment employees ensure that all products are packaged and identified in compliance with state regulations. Fulfillment employees work closely with our Sales and Packaging team members to ensure that all aspects of orders are fulfilled in an efficient, accurate, and compliant manner. Additionally, you will maintain and report on inventory control.Responsibilities and Duties: Create packages in METRC from production batches with compliant unique identification tags for product storageManage incoming Distribution orders including:Receipt of Purchase OrdersCreation of packages in METRC with compliant unique identification tagsCreation of packages with accurate, in house packaging and product labels according to company guidelinesCommunication of any issues with Packaging or Sales departmentsManage outgoing orders including:Manifest of transfer through METRCMatching transfer manifest to purchase orderVerification of all packages, checking for correct counts and compliant packagingWork with team members and management to create, implement, and provide constructive feedback for processes and proceduresReceive and process returns in METRCMaintain and organize product in conjunction with inventory needsPerform inventory audits to verify products locations and countsMake any necessary adjustments to inventory resulting from audits within 24 hours after the physical count is completed, following company guidelines for documentation of adjustmentsCreate miscellaneous reports and process documentationPerform other related duties as requested by the companyMaintain a clean, organized, and professional work environmentMaintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating to team members, managers, clients, co-workers, and employees in a respectful manner.Qualifications: Telephone Skills, Typing, Documentation Skills, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Basic Mathematics team player Self-motivated to achieve goals. Strong work ethic, motivation towards process improvement, and ability to deal with complexity.
