Position : Cannabis General Laborer
Job Description : We are looking for people who are passionate about both the success and quality of product to join our team. Being detail oriented, a team player, and good at communicating is the name of the game for this vital role. Must have a desire and drive to take pride in your daily duties in this multi-tasking, physical position.ResponsibilitiesComplete tasks as needed including but not limited to harvesting crops, cleaning rooms after a harvest, installing net mesh supports, breaking down and preparing soil for planting, and keeping work area clean and organized.Communicate with other team members and management continuously regarding any issues that may arise (pest outbreaks, irrigation issues, lights, etc.).Support other team members throughout the grow as needed.Timely completion of work per schedule.Perform all other duties as necessary and any additional duties assigned by management.Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team and on your own.Be a reliable team player.Positive attitude day in and day out.Work effectively with minimal supervision.Demonstrates ability to organize and prioritize work.Ability to work well under pressure.Experience in an agricultural setting is a plus, but not required.Marijuana product knowledge and passion is a plus, but not required.Adherence to safety practices, policies, and procedures is a must.Physical Demands – Must be able to: Work on your feet for 8-10 hours a day besides breaks and lunch.Work in crouched or uncomfortable positions including repetitive motions for extended periods of time.Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Regularly move up to 30 lbs.Work time expectation: 95-100% of the time will be physical labor.Additional RequirementsMust be 21 years of age or older to applyMust have a valid OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit.Must be able to work overtime as neededMust comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
