About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional operations leader who will partner with our coaching leadership to bring quality and consistency to every experience that our growing team of coaches provide. With an eye for scale and efficiency, you will provide strategic leadership, direction and administration of day-to-day operations, while maintaining a high level of cross-functional visibility and partnership. This position is responsible for driving, supporting and modeling a service-oriented culture focused on employee engagement, member experience and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include:
Change the game!: Lead initiatives to plan, implement, and coordinate product, program, policy and provider workflow changes to maximize service quality, effectiveness and efficiency.
Think big, then dig into the details: Drive initiatives that innovate and achieve operational and service objectives using a breadth of knowledge of healthcare operations and management expertise.
Have an eye to the future: Own performance and results of coaching processes co-developed with coaching, clinical and business leaders. Develop departmental plans and policies to achieve organizational priorities with a 6 to 12 month outlook.
Help us serve more families!: Support the development of staffing and capacity matrices to meet demand across new employers/payers.
Embrace the Rubik’s Cube: Conduct in-depth analyses and evaluation of information to determine the cause and solution. Foresee and resolve complex member, legal and provider workflow issues or problems.
About You
You will thrive at Brightline if you have:

Experience driving operational excellence, particularly in a behavioral healthcare or virtual care environment
Strong skills in collaboration and cross-functional partnership
A demonstrated ability to balance effective and efficient operational skills with the warmth of our culture and values
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
An undergraduate degree is required, an MBA or related graduate degree is a plus
Operations experience in mental and behavioral healthcare a plus, with extra credit for virtual care settings
