JOB SUMMARY:
A Customer Service Associate plays an important role in providing guests with an excellent food service experience. A Customer Service Associate must adhere to all company standards, be detail-oriented, have in-depth knowledge of all price and menu items. Must be able to interact with guests, co-workers, and all levels of management in a safe, positive, professional, efficient manner.
Customer Service roles available: Server, Cashier, and Busser/Table Server.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Report to work on time and as scheduled. Must be able to clock in & out correctly on a daily basis.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, meeting customer demands in a safe, accurate, and timely manner. Must be able to multi-task.
· Provide excellent customer service at all times.
· Have in-depth menu knowledge and must be able to answer all guest questions with accuracy and tact.
· Have excellent communication and active listening skills.
· Consistently follow the established “Five Steps to Excellent Service”.
· Be self-motivated and demonstrate initiative.
· Be a team player, assisting co-workers whenever needed.
· Assist in other areas such as assembling orders, taking orders, etc.
· And other duties as assigned.
