In this role you will work on:
Chatbot Specialist will work hand-in-hand with Client Services, Product, Engineering, and the customer.
S/he will be responsible for delivering content o end user via HTML, modifying digital forms, formatting and structure, and ensuring projects meet deadlines.

Our ideal candidate comes from a high-growth SaaS startup and possesses excellent organizational skills. Flexibility and willingness to grow and learn new skills is a must as we are in a rapidly evolving environment. Entry level position and a great way to get your feet wet as a systems analyst!
Qualifications:
Entry level specialist role focused on Health Note’s chat bot content.
Prefer minimum 1 year of experience working with customers in a support technical role.
Outstanding skills working individually and collaborating in a team environment.
Proofreading and correcting any grammatical and spelling errors.
Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus but not required.
Ability to work in an intense fast paced environment.
Must be detail oriented and ensure accuracy of all content.
Familiarity and experience working with HTML strongly preferred.
Strong skills in organization required.
Work simultaneously on multiple projects.
Ability to consistently meet deadlines on U.S. East Coast and West Coast.
Bachelor’s Degree
