Job Description : Customer Service Representative
OnPoint Worldwide and an exciting place to work in the limousine industry with a positive work environment. Our main focus is servicing important CEO’s and their transportation needs for travel. Plenty of room for advancement in the areas of management, accounting, and global event planners.
CSR Responsibilities:
· Respond to phone, email & internet reservation inquiries in an efficient and professional manner.
· Handle reservations, quoting & light scheduling.
· Address clients’ needs and concerns with attention to detail and resolve customer service issues.
· Coordinate job schedules with and dispatch chauffeurs.
· Work with colleagues to resolve issues that may arise throughout the course of the workday
· Data Entry, General Office Duties, ETC.
The ideal applicant for our CSR position will possess the following:
· Excellent written, verbal and listening communications skills
· Excellent phone call handling skills.
· Office computer skills
· Strong organizational and detail skills
· Customer service experience is a plus but not required
Available Shifts:
· Saturday & Sunday 9:00AM – 7:00PM
· 10hr Shift (16 hours regular, 4 hours overtime)
Pay Rate
· 90-day hands on training
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule:

10 hour shift
Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

Cerritos, CA 90703: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
