Position : Computer Repair Technician
Job Description : As a Computer Repair Technician you will perform onsite installation and maintenance support on a variety of computer equipment, printers, and specialized Key Control equipment. Each technician is provided with a company vehicle that will be used to travel to our customer sites. Other duties include maintaining an inventory of repair parts and documenting your work through our service tracking system.Some of the hardware you will be working with is as follows:Application ServersPC’sCablingSwitchesPrintersRoutersFiber ConvertersScannersTraining: You will have an assigned territory and will attend a paid training program in College Station, Texas. The training is primarily a hands-on familiarization course of the equipment at customer sites and will also teach our policies and procedures.Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent;Previous technical experience or training requiredMust be able to lift at least 50 pounds on a consistent basisMust be able to attend a paid training class in TexasGood driving record with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 yearsGood communication skillsCustomer service experienceA+ certified is a plusBenefits: We strive to offer an environment that provides our associates with the right balance between work and family.
