Job Description : Responsibilities

SUMMARY: Performs preventative maintenance task, troubleshoots and repairs personal computer hardware and software. Monitor department equipment to include terminals, control panels, and alarm systems, to ensure correct utilization of resources. Install client access and configure e-mail on P.C.’s. Provide technical support and assistance to computer end users. Investigate and resolve computer software and hardware problems.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Minimum Two years of experience with computer operations or related field experience.
