Job Description:
Responsibilities will include:
Execution of weekly and monthly billing activities,
Drive continuous improvement of billing and reconciliation activities to ensure timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of invoicing,
Manage the national account clients, including calculation of rebates and reconciliation of volumes,
Coordinate periodic audit requests for billing documentation
Engage with client management and legal in contract meetings for language, compliance and application
Review requested billing adjustments for Operating Center.
Work to promote a “Best Practice” for the CBR role, and engage and coordinate annual site audit/visits for the CBA team, for the development of our sites.
Coordinate scheduling for back-up coverage for CBR’s during vacation, leave, and/or other position turnover.
Lead the billing integration during new site start-ups and site acquisitions
Support financial accounting and operating centers with various projects, analysis and feedback
Assist in testing new software changes, implementations and new processes to POInTS
Other duties as assigned.
Your background:
As Corporate Billing Analyst, you have:
3+ years of experience in a billing fnction at a large company or as a project manager
Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with process improvement and transformation
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to maintain high work quality with minimal supervision
Strong computer skills(Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Sharepoint, Excel and Access preferred)
Strong organizational skills
Strong attention to details
