Job Description : Our company is seeking a custodian floor technician who is experienced in stripping and waxing floor tile, cleaning grout, polishing marble and maintaining terrazzo. Must have at least 5 years of experince in floor care work that can be verified. Must be able to work Monday thru Friday from 4:30pm to 1:00am NO EXCEPTIONS. The work is at the Federal Courthouse located in downtown Los Angeles. Candidate must be able to pass a federal background check NO EXCEPTIONS. Candidate must be able to speak and write in English. If a candidate does not meet all of the prerequisite please do not apply. The job is located on the bus line and commuter train line.
