Position Summary:
As the Mulberrys Concierge & Customer Care Specialist you will hold a KEY role in our organization, providing information and solving our customer’s issues across multiple platforms. We are looking for someone who is service obsessed, energetic & positive, and accountable to the core. This is a full-time position in Belmont, CA.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing world-class service to all customers calling our retail stores, emailing our help desk, and engaging in website chat
Ensuring brand integrity across training materials
Ensuring quick, helpful, and friendly replies to all social media post comments & questions
Maintain a positive, compassionate, and professional attitude toward clients at all times while communicating across multiple channels
Collaborating across departments to elevate the customer experience at every touchpoint
Help support general accounting including bill payment and invoice processing
Skills/Qualifications:
Be at least 21 years of age
Provide documentation regarding previous employment
3-5 years of experience in customer service management
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
All successful candidates will also possess:
A friendly demeanor and passion about investigating/problem solving
The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation
Technical fluency and Computer skills in e-mail, SMS and the ability to run reports (will train)
Ability to investigate/solve problems
Self-motivation and the drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals
A positive attitude, along with ambition, organization, and service spirit
A proven track record of successfully handling sensitive customer care issues
Ability to handle basic accounting processes (will train)
