The RoleWe are looking for a new Customer Care Team Member to join our team! This is a position for someone who has some college education, can easily learn new topics, and is highly motivated, with the ability to learn things on their own. Our ideal candidate will be someone incredibly enthusiastic and outgoing, with amazing written and oral communication skills. You are amazing at managing personalities, and always keep your cool.
What You’ll Do: – Go above and beyond to provide best-in-class customer service.- Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on the findings.- Maintain broad knowledge of products and services.- Create positive customer experiences by assessing the needs and concerns of customers.- Resolve customer concerns and process customer requests in an effective and efficient manner.- Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution. Participate in and lead problem resolution processes to identify and resolve product quality issues.- Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity.- Offer solutions to issues that are non-standard/non-routine and require some clarification.
What We’re Looking For: – Some college education. Science or nutrition related a plus.- Leadership, motivational and interpersonal skills.- Courteous with strong customer service orientation.- Other skills? Be sure to let us know!
Compensation is $25/hr and includes PTO, medical, dental, and 401k matching. As we are a growing company, you will have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and grow in your role!
