Job Description : Customer Service/Administrative Specialist (FULL TIME) We have an immediate opening for PART TIME Customer Service/Administrative Specialist in Sacramento, CA.
Hours: 11:30 am – 4:30 pm M-F.
(This position may grow to Full Time if desired. Full time includes benefits.)

Summary : Perform Customer Service and General Administration for the company by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provide courteous and friendly telephone support to customers and prospects. Support is provided via inbound and outbound telephone and email communications.
Support both Accounting and Sales departments with general administrative tasks and telephone/email outreach to customers and prospects.
Perform Order Distribution tasks as required to ensure accurate, timely receipt and shipment of company products. Perform order preparation, work order entry, invoicing and packaging.
Assist with the generation and mailing of month-end customer account balance statements.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in Data Entry.
Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service.
Excellent organization skills.
Excellent professional communication skills.
