Position : Customer Service – Spanish
Job Description : Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.
No Insurance or office experience is required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position.

Salary Range: $30000.00 – $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Minimum of 100 outbound calls and emails a day
Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified time-frame.
Make recommendations and give advice
Conduct policy reviews
Endorse existing policies
Collect payments
Provide evidence of insurance
Cross Sale
Refer life insurance prospects to life specialist
Requirements
P&C license and appointment within 30 days of hire.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Driven and goal-oriented individual.
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
