Job Description : Looking for motivated individuals to join a winning team! Our Tax Registration Team has quadrupled in size the last few months, and we’re look to add more winners to our team!
Overall Role:
Prepare and review questionnaire/intake form for clients to provide the required information needed to apply for tax registrations in all 50 states
Tasks:
Collecting sensitive information from business owners looking to register in different states as employers.
Reviewing the information collected to ensure our processing team has all the information necessary to complete the respective state applications
Following company guidelines on data collection, review, and filing processes.
Answering customer service inquiries via phone or email.
Working with a growing team to the tax registration department meets its objectives set by management and the flow of work/files.
This is a specialized position that will require training. This position suits anyone with the following background and experience:
Data Entry, RFI Creator, Editor, Business Filings Processor
Skill Required:
Computer literacy is key! Looking for someone who knows their hot keys and can navigate through word, excel, adobe, chrome, edge, and be able to adapt to different government sites.
Ability to multi-task! The function requires one to be able to juggle a customer service inquiry, state research call, or filing with accuracy.
Attention to detail! Must have a keen eye for errors and is able to be disciplined to double check one’s work.
Self starter! Looking for someone who is motivated to work and can push themselves to better everyday.

College Degree Preferred
