Job Description : DATA ENTRY CLERK

Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Data Entry candidate that demonstrates keen attention to detail who can prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Overview:
The primary function of the Data Entry Clerk is to update the internal database and external scheduling platform with all pertinent job information.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Enter work order information into WOS database for all work packages received from customer
Update customer scheduling platform (Click Scheduler) with all scheduled work information
Review scheduling information daily prior to daily crew log report issuance
Update safety department with current Arc Flash information
Use SCE e-locate to update pole location GPS in database
Other administrative support duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

HS Diploma or equivalent required.
One (1) year of previous data entry experience.
Previous utility industry experience a plus.
Ability to type 40+ WPM
Intermediate proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office and Outlook preferred
Excellent attention to detail
Organizational and digital filing skills
Able to meet strict deadlines.

Work Location: 2301 Valley Blvd. Unit C, Pomona, CA 91768
Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shift. Monday to Friday: 6:00am to 2:30pm
Work Authorization/Security Clearance:

You must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
Valid Driver’s License required

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly: $20.00 to $22.50 based on experience
