Seasonal, Part-time, 15-25 hours a week
Schedules vary within these times:
Shift 1: Friday (3:30 PM – 7:30 PM), Saturday (2:30 PM – 6:30 PM)
Shift 2: Saturday & Sunday (2:30 PM – 6:30 PM)
Shift 3: Monday – Tuesday (3:00 PM – 7:00 PM), Friday (3:30 PM – 7:30 PM), Saturday & Sunday (2:30 PM – 6:30 PM)

Ensures the safety, satisfaction, and entertainment of members and guests by providing exceptional customer service
Enforces club pool rules at all times
Ensures safety and cleanliness of the pool deck areas by conducting operational audit walkthroughs throughout the day
Participates in regular cleaning and sterilizing of work and office areas as required
Enforces and reports violations of physical distancing and any other health and safety ordinance, order, law or regulation to manager, safety committee member or Compliance (compliance@calfamfit.com)
Follows all health and safety requirements such as, but not limited to, physical distancing, regular surface cleaning, cough/sneeze etiquette, regular hand washing, and not coming to work when sick
Promptly and thoroughly reviews all requested health and safety training provided, asking questions for any topic not clearly understood
Conducts locker room checks and other actions to ensure a clean club
Maintains regular and predictable attendance
Ability to communicate effectively with members, coworkers and supervisor verbally and in writing
Work in a state of alertness and in a safe manner
Other duties as assigned

*Qualifications: *

Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED
Some swim experience preferred
Current CPR/AED/FIRST AID certification (within 60 days of employment, company provided)

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Water safety instructor cert preferred
