LOCATION: Remote USA [home base in PST or MST preferred]
STARTING SALARY: $65,000.00
ESTIMATED 40-50 hours per week

Responsibilities:
Conduct initial client research to better understand district context and challenges
Analyze data from surveys, focus groups, and learning walks and prepare reports that summarize key findings
Support service lines teams in conducting research and sharing findings about current and future industry trends and best practices
Act as thought partner with internal teams in designing and facilitating strategy sessions for district leadership teams
Collaborate with internal teams to design and lead professional development sessions for teachers, coaches, and principals
Build relationships with district and school partners
Maintain project plans and communicate project status to stakeholders
Support projects ranging from instructional model design, blended and personalized learning implementation, curriculum adoption, leadership development and capacity building, professional learning strategy, and district strategy
Speak confidently about the landscape of digital content and ed tech tools
Effectively communicate in-person, over the phone, and through email
Escalate project issues to the Project Lead or Partner on projects, when necessary
Collaborate effectively with Education Elements team members, both in person and virtually
Skills:
Highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to balance work on multiple projects and navigate ambiguity
Creative thinker who can develop new content or improve on existing content
Eager to build knowledge in strategic consulting best practices and education trends, and immediately apply learnings and feedback
Strong relationship builder with a growth mindset
High level of comfort with technology, with experience using technology in an educational context preferred
Knowledge of education sector, with 3+ years of experience teaching and/or leading projects in a school or district environment preferred
Willingness to travel 30-50%
