Job Description : Dispatchers Wanted!We’re hiring experienced PM Dispatchers for our rapidly expanding operation in Vernon CA.
The ideal candidate for this position is an independent worker who is able to maintain a high level of professionalism even under pressure. You’ll know how to prioritize your workload and be a born multi-tasker!
Overview/Responsibilities:

Route schedule creation
Manage and record performance metrics for drivers and customer
Effectively coach professional drivers
Conduct weekly safety tailgate meetings
Work closely with peers, drivers, and customers
Provide real time updates on customer loads once dispatched
Maintain communication and ensure employees have adequate knowledge and resources to accomplish assigned duties
Administrative work (answering phones, email, filing and heavy data input)
Complete necessary paperwork accurately and timely
Order entry and billing
Issue supplies & equipment keep accurate records
Additional duties as assigned
