We are currently looking for a rock star Distribution Manager to Join our Jeeter Team! We are expanding into other states (AZ and MI) and we are opening up a distribution facility in Mendota,CA.
The Distribution Manager is responsible for customer service and support, management of the drivers, coordinating, planning and routing daily orders/deliveries, while abiding by all state, local and BCC compliance regulations. Distribution Managers ensure deliveries are being made efficiently and with the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position manages a team who is responsible for communicating with customers on delivery timing, preparing delivery paperwork, manifest and assisting with payment collections.

Communicate with customers before orders are scheduled to be delivered with all required information and provide delivery time window
Coordinate, organize, and plan daily and future deliveries and transfers
Booking driver accommodations for layover trips as needed
Analyze and report daily delivery metrics and/or sales data
Track product rejections and delivery reschedules
Ensure orders are being scheduled and properly prioritized in Leaflink
Work closely with Sales Team to maximize customer satisfaction
Ensure all orders and rejections are properly manifested in METRC
Manage all important documents such as invoices, cash receipts, manifests, etc.
Work with drivers and customers to resolve any issues
Identifies ways to improve the customer experience
Assist in the recruitment, hiring, training, and terminating processes as needed
Train new employees to become a valuable part of the team
Review employee performances and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement
Document and record required training documents as required
Perform daily activities and responsibilities required for order tracking and ensure product is tracked at all times
Perform other duties and projects as needed
Create and ensure adherence to company SOPs

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle customer and sales reps issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain KPI’s and provide other types of data reporting
Implement and assist with new software systems and related technology
Prepare, document, and maintain all delivery activity to appropriate logs
Review the open order reports on a daily basis
Abide by all Company operating polices

REQUIREMENTS

Successful track record in Customer Service Management role, supervising a team
Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience working with ERP, WMS, and online ordering platform software
Experience working with Microsoft Excel
Make quick and effective decisions on order delivery processes and issues

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Experience:

Distribution Operations Occupations: 3 years (Preferred)
KPIS, GMPs, and SOPs: 3 years (Preferred)
working with ERP, WMS, and online ordering platform software: 3 years (Preferred)
