Job Description : AVAILABLE! Non-supervisory Estate Operations Officer, Newport Beach location.
The general duties of the Estate Security Officer are to observe, report, and proactively respond to threatening activity. While monitoring numerous camera feeds, motion sensors, information streams, vendors, and asset movements, the Estate Security Officer must remain alert and prepared to respond to security threats in the immediate vicinity.
Mandatory Minimum Requirements:
Current California Guard Card or Proprietary Private Security Officer (PPSO) license.
Valid Driver’s License.
Five or more years in executive protection, estate security, or command center operations.
Formal education or training in a related area
Additional Requirements:
A positive, professional attitude
The ability to multi-task effectively under pressure
The ability to stand and remain alert for long periods of time (8 hours or more)
The ability to appropriately respond to and mitigate threats
A desire to learn new skills
A desire to work with a team, as an actively participating team member
A willingness to work varied shift hours (including overnights), weekends and holidays (weekends and overnight shift availability desired)
Minimum availability of 2 scheduled shifts per week
Other Essential Skill Areas Include:
Situational Awareness
Military, Law Enforcement and/or prior security experience desired
General Computer Proficiency
Alarm Monitory, Access Control and Video Surveillance Systems
Competent Typing Ability
Emergency Medical Response (CPR/AED/First Aid, EMT)
Report Writing
Physical Fitness and Defensive Tactics
