Job Description : Synergy Financial is growing and expanding throughout the United States, and is looking to bring on a few good quality key associates into our organization.
We are a multi-lingual and multi-cultural full-spectrum Financial Firm offering the following products and services; including but not limited to: Retirement Planning, Investment Planning & Consultation, Life Insurance & Annuities, Long-Term Care, Disability Insurance, Active Money Management, Debt Management and Estate Preservation etc.
We have completely revolutionized our business in service the growing need for virtual Financial Planning during the COVID era, and have closed our brick and mortar local office locations, and have expanded our reach across the US, Canada and Puerto Rico, offering our associates an entirely remote-work-from-home opportunity.
Our Associates are all independent contractors and our compensation plan while generous, is commission only, offering a competitive, performance-based income opportunity, plus company bonuses as well as recurring income in the form of renewals and trails for most insurance and investment products sold.
Additional benefits include 4-5 company-sponsored contests and trips per year, for top producers, as well as an unlimited glass ceiling on promotional levels and advancement to the highest ranks within our organization.
