Job Description : Local high-end Property Management company is hiring a new receptionist to provide front desk service in our Benicia office on First Street. We are looking for a team-orientated, organized, pleasant and reliable person who enjoys interacting with the public in a professional environment.
Responsibilities

Greet and receive prospects and customers
Answer, screen and forward calls on multi-line telephone. Take messages.
Light computer work
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Minimal office upkeep
Additional office duties as needed such as filing, photocopying, etc..

Requirements

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Outgoing and positive demeanor
Team orientated
Professional presentation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation
Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check

Full-time position. Monday through Friday.
Education: High School or equivalent (required)
Experience: Previous office experience preferred, but not necessary
Salary: $31,200 to $35,360 per year, depending on experience ($15-$17/hour)
