Job description
We are a periodontal office in Sunnyvale looking for a dental receptionist that can ensure each patient visit is a well-executed appointment, where the patient arrives value-ready, proceeds smoothly through their interactions with the team and leaves complete for payment and for their next steps. You will ensure our patients will have an excellent clinical and valuable experience, communicating to them their treatment options, appointment value, fees, and payments. You will likely be the first person the patient speaks with on the phone and the first person they meet when they arrive.
Responsibilities

Front line point of contact for patients and referring offices
Coordinate, integrate, and represent all facets of patient services, from the first call through completion of treatment and necessary follow-ups.
Answering phones and schedule/reschedule patients efficiently
We are looking for full time Tuesday through Friday 7:30am-5:00pm

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift

COVID-19 considerations:Our office is COVID-19 prepared and has installed HVAC filters, multiple medical grade HEPA filters in treatment areas, and provides all employees with proper PPE as well as screening all patients over the phone and before they enter the office.
Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Dental Receptionist: 2 years (Required)
Computer skills: 2 years (Preferred)
