Position : Greenhouse Supervisor

Job Description : Our client, a leading cannabis cultivator and wholesaler, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Greenhouse Supervisor for their cultivation operations in the Central Coast area.

The Greenhouse Supervisor will work closely with the corporate leadership, managing and overseeing the greenhouse cultivation team, equipment, materials, production schedules and controls to ensure a productive environment while achieving high yields.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the day to day and big picture operations of an indoor and greenhouse grow with primary responsibilities include cloning, transplanting, feeding, cropping, flushing, spraying, and trimming flowers
Production and harvest forecasting
Implement cultivation SOPs where needed
Must oversee the cultivation procedures and nutrient protocols keeping accurate records and presenting the results in a timely manner to the appropriate executives.
Work closely with the rest of the cultivation department to develop and improve processes
Ensure proper training and development of employees
Schedule preventative maintenance to ensure the highest quality yields without loss to fungus, disease, and mold etc.

Skills and Education Requirements:

Proven strong leadership skills inspiring managing cultivation teams.
Bachelors degree in agriculture business and/or science a plus
In-Depth Knowledge of California Cannabis Laws and Regulations
Must have in-depth knowledge of handling of fertilizers and pesticides
Experience in commercial greenhouse cultivation and hydroponic systems.
Experience with climate-controlled greenhouse systems.
5+ years commercial agriculture or similar cannabis cultivation experience
Experience with track and trace systems
Experienced team leader with a positive attitude and vision for the future
Knowledge of crop management and commercial agriculture
Knowledge of plant diseases, pests, and health
Must be bilingual Spanish

Compensation: $85,000 – $105,000K plus bonus on production, full health benefits, 401K and wellness reimbursement
