Our exciting NEW GUMMY Division needs Industrial Machine Operators to help us produce amazing GUMMIES! 2nd shift Mon-Friday 2-10:30pm
These individuals will be setting up, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting gummy line kettle, depositor, and cooling tunnel. Must comply with general cGMP’s, follows Standard Operating Procedures, and Master Batch Record Manufacturing Directions.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Measure or weigh raw materials for usage following Manufacturing Batch Record (MBR). Operation of gummy manufacturing line including adding and mixing raw materials, ensuring proper process flow of gummy blend, and conducting in-process measurements. Closely monitor cooking process with emphasis on pH reading and brix measurement. Must be able to stand for 90% of scheduled shift and be able to lift up to 50lbs. Ensure documentation is complete and accurate including manufacturing batch records, labeling, logbooks, and raw materials. Work in a safe manner following company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to follow written instruction including Manufacturing batch records, Safety policies, and Quality requirements. Experience in food manufacturing, nutraceutical manufacturing, or possess mechanical aptitude.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma/Certificate; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
