Job Description : Burn Boot Camp is looking for a Burn Ambassador whose main job is to ensure our customer experience is exceptional.

She/he will work alongside our amazing Trainers in the gym. Together, they will:
Give a daily “inside look” using social media including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Make sure members are greeted warmly and have an encouraging experience in our gym.
Ensure the facility is maintained to our expected high standards.Actively promote memberships and educate members on apparel/fitness products available in the gym.
Assist with member and prospective member communication via company email, text, and phone.
If you’re experienced in customer service, love a vibrant and exciting environment, are energetic, proactive and organized this could be the job for you.
