As the leader running the e-Commerce operation team for local market, you will be in charge of the activities including eCommerce user acquisition and conversion, eCommerce content and creator management, and merchants acquisition and management. You will be responsible for the business strategy and goal setting of the local eCommerce business, the budget spending and the organization building. You will collaborate with local TikTok Community Operation teams, PR/GR/Legal teams and eCommerce cross-border supporting teams to deliver results.
Promote TikTok Shopping among sellers, creators and buyers, and make it one of the top e-Commerce platforms in the US
Design long-term strategy and lead sellers/creators operations team to achieve monthly and annual goals
Build and lead a strong operations team to complete growth priorities and business rationale
Acquire and incubate brand principals, distributors and merchants to support category growth
Accelerate the development of the other roles in TikTok e-Commerce ecosystem
Solve key challenges in business growth and collaborate with other teams
8+ years of experience in eCommerce space; strongly prefer candidates with entrepreneurial experience, or with a solid understanding of content community, social media and live streaming industry
5+ years of multi-functional team management experience
Strategic, analytic, logical with strong problem solving skills
