Job Description : Responsibilities

You will provide vital assistance within our MRI Radiology Department as well as other radiology areas. This will involve assisting technologists in patient preparation, MR safety screening, education and patient set up, room preparation and set up, and moving patients on and off the examination tables. You will utilize our CareConnect system and the Hospital Information System (HIS) to help process standard paperwork, and employ GE PACSNET/Centricity to verify and archive image data. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and well-stocked work environment.

Qualifications BCLS certification preferred
Excellent English communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal, prioritizing and decision-making abilities
Strong commitment to customer service
Ability to maintain patient modesty, privacy and confidentiality
Consistent courtesy, compassion, professionalism and diplomacy
Ability to respond appropriately to emergency situations
Knowledge of Careconnect EMR System (RIS), Hospital Information System (HIS) and GE PACSNET – Centricity
