We are looking for a House Manager/Nanny for a successful executive and extremely active family in San Diego. We have grade-school age children, travel frequently, and need some help juggling all the balls! This is not a regular 10-6 job or a sit behind a desk job — Flexible with some work from home options.
We are looking for support from someone that can think on their feet, is good with technology, can identify problems and figure out solutions, and will develop processes for a variety of activities that include:
Working flexible hours to accommodate travel schedule (occasional weekends)
Driving children to after school sports as needed
Coordinate with household staff and vendors
Schedule appointments as needed for vendors
Coordinate vet and grooming appointments for family dog
Overseeing real estate in San Diego area
Support with vehicles to include boat maintenance
Supporting activities around the house, such as pantry and closet organization
General household shopping, grocery and errands
Maintaining master calendar for all activities and appointments
Keeping track of vendors and their repeating schedules
Occasional meal prep
Responsible for stocking and organizing items for boat and RV trips
Qualities we’re looking for: Good with technology, trustworthy, sharp, flexible, discrete, and hard working. Experience as a house manager highly desired. Being calm under pressure and having a positive attitude are extremely important.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
