Job Description : “This job requires military service with a contract for enlistment or commission. This is not an application to a specific position within the military. This job is only an example of a position that you could be placed in after taking a job placement exam. Enlistment entails that you speak to a recruiter, take a job placement exam, complete a physical exam, choose from the career options that are presented to you, sign a career contract, take the oath of enlistment, and attend boot camp.”

Before you write it off, consider the following:
1) This is a NON-Combat oriented position. Human Resources, Medical, Aviation, Mechanics, Supply & Logistics, Construction, Warehouse, etc.. You choose.
2) We provide housing (single and family) with all bills paid.- We pay all utilities- We pay for lawn maintenance- We have on base schools, elementary through high school
3) Salary ranges from $1650 – $4180.60+ /month.
– The longer you stay in the more money you make.
– Some days you work a few hours, some days you work 10-12 hours. Either way, you still get paid.- EXAMPLE: During this COVID-19 crisis, we haven’t skipped one single paycheck. During the Government shutdowns, we were exempt and didn’t skip a paycheck.
4) Pay raises annually. Every year. Since 1949.
5) Pay raises with longevity. The longer you stay in, the more you earn.
6) Pay raises with promotion. The more you promote, the more you earn.
7) 100% Healthcare- No deductible. No Co-pay. You and your family.
8) ALL military base privileges- Tax-free shopping- Secured access (nobody goes on base that doesn’t belong there)- Golf courses & dining- Hunting- Gyms- Pool- Rentals of recreation equipment/items (RVs, Jet Skis, etc)
9) The Army has up to 40k signing bonus and up to 50k in Student Loan Repayment (Current and future loan forgiveness)
10) Must be between the ages of 16-35 to be considered for enlistmen
As a Human Resources Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role assisting your fellow Soldiers progress in their Army careers, providing promotion and future training information. You’ll ensure the necessary support is also provided to commanders across all branches. You’ll be trained in document preparation, drafting requests, and overseeing official documentation, such as ID cards and tags. You’ll also learn computer programs that keep personnel data up to date.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $2,000.00 – $3,500.00 per month
