Job Description : We are searching for the right candidate to join our growing team.

Our company focus is on providing various general cleaning and janitorial services to Homeowner Associations (HOAs) & Communities in Orange County, CA.
Daily tasks will vary but typically require upkeep of common areas, clubhouses, shared kitchen spaces, pool areas, pet areas. These duties include:
Vacuuming
Dusting & disinfecting surfaces
Changing light bulbs as needed
Sweeping
Window washing
Organizing and upkeep of pool/ BBQ areas
Trash removal
Light handy-man duties may be required
As a member of our team, you will be an extension of our company and our core values. Your role will be highly visible and we ask that our employees are comfortable with regularly communicating with residents and community employees.
Additional requirements include:
Ability to speak and understand English
Uniform is provided and required at all job sites
Must be organized and proficient at accurately tracking time and material receipts and submitting them in an orderly fashion
Strong organizational, customer service and attention to detail
Accountability, reliability and punctuality is a must.
Must have a valid social security card with proper work permits
Must be comfortable with various technologies (iPad, iPhone)
Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
Prior janitorial experience, and knowledge of carpet shampooing, stripping/ waxing of floors, and window washing is a plus!

Pay: $16.50 – $18.00 per hour
