Job Description : No prior experience required. This opportunity is for those with the desire to grow their career and professional skills. As a Customer Account Representative, team members will be working with shoppers directly to provide quality solutions and generate new customer accounts. This role plays a key part on our customer success team.
This opportunity will introduce you to business development strategies, customer service techniques, and basic sales skills. You will be speaking with our potential customers and assisting with their inquiries.
General Duties:

Identify and generate new opportunities to increase revenue
Pre-qualify customer inquiries
Maintain accurate and current product information
Work closely with the customer service and business development teams
Learn how the industry works, gaining an understanding of company products and services
Identify service improvement and or cost saving opportunities
Manage customer specific requirements

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,275.25 – $1,599.00 per week
Schedule:
