Job Description : Pinnacle Medical Group has an opening for an Indexer/Scanner in the Fontana clinic. This position works with patient records from hospitals, primary care and specialist offices. Must have experience with Electronic Health Records. Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Scan/Index patient records into EHR
Organize and maintain data in charts
Protect patients’ health information for confidentiality
