Job Description : At Redwood Restoration Inc. we specialize in Water, Fire/Smoke, and Mold Damage restoration. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented, motivated, & positive addition to our Office Staff to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures!
Job Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Communication with insurance adjusters.
Ability to quickly learn new insurance/estimating programs.
Estimating and invoicing claims.
Managing accounts receivable & payable.
Ability to meet insurance claim time stamps.
Creating files and tracking active jobs.
Answering phones & taking messages.
Organize the office and order stationery / equipment.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
Use of multiple computer programs.
Submitting payroll.

We also ask that you have the following:

Valid driver’s license
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills, Excel knowledge
Ability to pass background check/drug screening

Preferred Experience:*Knowledge of Xactimate and MICA
*Background in an office setting of at least 1 year
*QuickBooks knowledge
*Bilingual
Pay is Based on Experience
Part-time transition to Full-time
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:Office staff is responsible in ensuring hand sanitizer and masks are kept in stock for employees, as well as cleaning all surfaces regularly.
Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
Xactimate: 1 year (Preferred)
QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

Spanish (Preferred)

Day Shift (Preferred)
