Job Description : Hello-
We are looking to hire a part-time property manager to join our growing team. You would work closely with our Director of Property Management to cover two apartment buildings in Koreatown. General responsibilities would include:
– Experience working with difficult customers- Tenant relations- Posting notices for residents and working with vendors- Collecting and depositing rent payments throughout the month- Entering maintenance requests into online system for maintenance team to fix-Weekly reporting-Managing unit turns between tenants- Ensuring building is clean during routine weekly inspections
We expect this job to take approximately no more than 80 hours per month to complete, so individuals with flexible schedules would be ideal.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
