Key Qualifications
10+ years of experience designing and leading OD&L programs.
Design and deliver an innovative best-in-class employee experience, which enhances the culture, increases efficiency and productivity; and attracts and retains high performing professionals.
Proactively consult and collaborate with Engineering Leaders identify learning needs and develop solutions.
Own org wide communications strategy from executive communication, change management, all hands, hackathons, and org wide events.
Develop and drive behavior change mechanisms to shift ways of healthy and productive ways of working by enabling employees to have courageous conversations.
Identify, analyze, and document learning needs using specific learning objectives and outcomes.
Develop a modern OD&L practice by identifying existing program and up leveling it with burst support from key partners and vendors.
Help develop a career framework and workshops that allow people to explore how they would better manage their career trajectory within Apple Cloud Services.
Help design practices and norms for a hybrid workplace that helps employees connect regardless of their location
Identify high performing Partners and professionals who can contribute to training delivery as instructors; lead train-the-trainer sessions to prepare them.
Identify and put in place tools that help us identify areas where we can shift our culture to better achieve our goals.
Ability to deliver solutions with impact in a faced-paced engineering environment.
Able to critically think when exploring and evaluating solutions and decisions.
Ability to think outside of the box
Description
Understands business priorities to predict future OD needs and anticipate strategic opportunities Clearly communicates OD recommendations and outlines processes to support organizational change Recommends best practices for change management Works cross-functionally with PBPs, Compensation, and Business to review and update job descriptions and leveling Helps broader organization connect OD work with learning, development, and career growth Effectively diagnoses OD opportunities and identifies potential solutions by interpreting relevant qualitative and quantitative data Able to assess gaps between required and current state business performance and put forward recommendations for organization design and business solutions Build processes and tools for strategy development, alignment and measurement Designing and implementing change and transition strategies that enable business growth.
Education & Experience
Degree or years of equivalent experience in Organizational Development, Psychology or related field
